Nice little coffee shop off the beaten path. They have a wide variety of assorted pastries, including the viral fruit pastries. Quiet place to go and study or to meet someone if you need a smaller coffee shop that doesn't have the hustle and bustle of Starbucks.

Amazing chai, which can be hard to find around here! They offer to add cinnamon and vanilla as well, and have good non dairy alternatives. I also got the egg and cheese croissant which was cooked perfectly. The egg yolk was the tiniest bit still runny and freshly made. Croissant was fresh and soft. I also got the lemon fruit dessert- all of the fruits are adorable! We will definitely be back. Service was friendly and fast. The inside is cute, easily a place you could work from.

Drove over an hour. Tried fruit pastries both local places and I’m here making a review. Filled with an ice cream type under the crunchy white chocolate coating with a matching filling. I’m not a fan of white chocolate but found the cream covered most of the white chocolate taste. You can split them into 4’s for the family to try. Ice cream was good, not freezer burnt, jelly will always be my favorite, crunchy outside…just as the videos. Beautiful inside area but, we didn’t stay. Coffee house atmosphere and clean. Decent amount of seating Glass case to showcase the goods and would we have bought more but, the fruit pastries were enough. Strawberry A+, Blackberry A (tasted a little more white chocolate coating). Also purchased Peanut, Blueberry, Raspberry, and Cherry (haven’t tried them yet). Service was lovely, the clerk had a friendly smile and offered us the frozen ones for the trip back. Another gentleman handed us our bag, kindly. “Bag secured👍” Only downfall, and it could’ve been my mistake but, I went there for the Pistachio one. It did not get put in the bag and was replaced by the Raspberry which, we happily ate. I DIDN’T check the bag and didn’t notice until I got home🤷🏻‍

My boyfriend and I went and got a ton of the viral fruit pastries. They were delicious, but my boyfriend has a tree nut allergy. We informed the nice man at the counter and asked what desserts to stay away from. He was very personable, but he didn’t seem to know what was in the products. We were told of a few products that contained nuts and to be weary of, but just in case, we checked the website, which had descriptions of what was in the products. The cocoa bean pastry is described a “white chocolate shell with chocolate mousse.” Come to our surprise, the center is filled entirely with chopped walnuts. I took the first bite so my boyfriend fortunately did not have any walnuts, but the ingredient list on the website is not accurate. This is very dangerous to those with allergies and it’s quite scary. One would not reasonably think to find nuts in a product that claims to be chocolate cake and mousse. Otherwise, the food was delicious! Great service, great atmosphere, great people 100%, but absolutely not allergy friendly. I would proceed with caution for any allergies, as the website ingredients are not accurate. I am very wary about returning due to this. I do not feel like I can

I would never have known Karak Chai Cafe was tucked back where it is if it weren’t for Google Maps. I had been searching for this type of cafe, and thankfully it popped up. Without that search, I probably would have driven past without ever realizing what was inside. The exterior of the building, along with the surrounding businesses and parking lot, leaves a lot to be desired. It looks plain and unremarkable from the outside, and it doesn’t exactly invite you in. But once you step through the doors, the story completely changes. Inside, they’ve done an excellent job transforming the space into something warm, modern, and welcoming. It feels like a place designed to linger, enjoy conversation, and relax with something special to drink. The atmosphere is thoughtfully put together, and it’s easy to forget where you actually are once you settle in. The menu is small but well chosen, with chai, specialty drinks, and desserts that are clearly made with care. Everything feels intentional rather than overwhelming. We tried a few desserts, and they were delicious balanced, flavorful, and presented with pride. We’re definitely coming back to try more. This place is a hidden gem worth see
